Description
A positive and clear communication style can help avoid misunderstandings and reduce confusion, no matter what the setting is. There are still a lot of people who work from home, so the ability to be strong when communicating online is becoming more important.
By learning how to control your emotions, you will be able to have more controlled conversations, show confidence, and use these skills to build better relationships, too.
To go along with these things, the course will show you simple ways that you can use to boost your own self-confidence and sense of self-worth. During the session, you will be able to talk about your experiences and learn more about your own communication style and that of other people. This will help you deal with and reduce conflict. If you want to practise the skills in a safe and controlled way, you will also have a lot of chances.
Behaving assertively can be hard for everyone, even if it sounds simple and easy. For some people, it’s even impossible. In order to teach you how to be more assertive, we don’t just talk about how important it is to be assertive. We also teach you how to act assertively and practise these behaviours with the help of our expert coach.
