ReAct+ Scheme – For Individuals Facing Redundancy
If you’re unemployed or at risk of redundancy, the ReAct+ scheme could provide up to £1,500 in funding for vocational training, plus help with travel, accommodation, or childcare costs.
Who is it for?
- Adults aged 20+ living in Wales
- Recently made redundant or unemployed
- Ex-offenders returning to the workforce
You’ll receive tailored support from a Careers Wales adviser and a personal action plan to help you get back into work or retrain for a new career.

Welsh Government Flexible Skills Programme – For Employers
Businesses in Wales can apply for 50% funding toward accredited training costs via the Flexible Skills Programme, with a maximum grant of £50,000 per application.

Learners undertaking funded or employer-sponsored training are expected to complete their course in full.
If a learner withdraws or does not attend without agreement, Karen Blake Coaching may seek to recover training fees from the learner or sponsoring body. Please contact us early if your situation changes — we’re here to help.
