ReAct+ Funded Training in Wales
Government support to retrain, gain qualifications and move back into work
If you are facing redundancy, recently unemployed, or unsure what comes next, paying for training can feel impossible.
The positive news is that you may not have to.
Through the Welsh Government’s ReAct+ programme, many people are able to access fully funded, accredited qualifications that help them retrain, improve their CV and return to employment faster.
Karen Blake Coaching is listed on the Careers Wales course directory and supports learners across Wales to access funding and start training with confidence.
You are not expected to figure this out on your own. We guide you through it.
What is ReAct+?
ReAct+ is funding designed to help people overcome the financial barrier to retraining.
If eligible, it can cover or contribute towards the cost of qualifications that improve your chances of getting back into work.
For many learners, the biggest surprise is how achievable the process is once they have the right support.
