What is Coaching?
Coaching put simply is the process of improving performance and focusing on ‘now’ rather than the past or the future. A Coach recognises that the internal obstacles are stronger than the external ones and their role is to facilitate the removal of these internal obstacles, providing guidance to the coachee for them to achieve their goal(s).
