Funding your training needs with Karen Blake Coaching – professional development support.

Welsh Government Funding: ReAct+ Scheme

If you’ve recently been made redundant or are facing redundancy, you may be eligible for tailored support through the Welsh Government’s ReAct+ Scheme.

ReAct+ provides grants of up to £1,500 towards vocational training costs, as well as additional financial support for travel, accommodation, and childcare expenses while you train.
Support is available to individuals aged 20 or over who live in Wales and meet the scheme’s eligibility criteria, including recent redundancy or being an ex-offender.

If you are interested in accessing funding through ReAct+, a Careers Wales adviser will guide you through the application process and help you build a personalised action plan.

Learn more about the ReAct+ Scheme and how to apply through Working Wales.

Employer Support, Scholarships, and Grants

Many employers invest in staff development by funding training courses.
Scholarships and grants are also available for eligible learners — helping to reduce or fully cover your course costs.
We encourage you to explore these opportunities where possible.

Investing Personally in Your Future

Choosing to invest in your own training is a powerful decision.
Creating a savings plan, budgeting for your goals, and viewing education as a long-term investment can open exciting new opportunities.

Important Information About Funded Courses

Learners undertaking funded or sponsored training must complete their course in full.
In cases where a learner withdraws, does not attend, or fails to complete without prior agreement, Karen Blake Coaching reserves the right to recover training fees either from the learner or the sponsoring organisation.
