Course Summary
Mental Health and Wellbeing Awareness Training aims to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness (particularly stress, depression, and anxiety) by raising awareness, providing tools and guidance for daily wellbeing management, and removing the stigma associated with mental illness.
The level of awareness of mental health issues in the workplace tends to vary. A positive mental health culture at work promotes employee well-being while also encouraging openness about mental health issues. Good practise is essential for everyone’s basic training.
Many businesses lose the skills and experience of countless capable employees who suffer in silence and believe they have no choice but to choose between their mental health deteriorating or leaving their jobs.
Course Description
After completing this Workplace Mental Health course, you will feel more knowledgeable about mental health in the workplace and how to support yourself and others. You’ll look at the overall concepts of mental health and well-being, as well as the risk factors linked to mental health problems.
After completing the course, you will be able to consider how employers and employees can care for mental health and well-being in the workplace, as well as the legalities surrounding employee care.
The training is conducted in a relaxed and flexible environment, with plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion. Practical exercises will be used to demonstrate the difficulties that people with mental illnesses face in the workplace on a regular basis.

Description
Our course on mental health and wellbeing is designed to promote awareness of the topic and assist those who are struggling with their mental wellbeing. One in three workers have received a mental health diagnosis, and 61% of employees claim to have experienced a mental health issue as a result of their work. It’s important for you to make sure that your employees have the tools and support they need to deal with their mental health at work is clear.
