What is ReAct+ Funded Training?
ReAct+ is a Welsh Government funding scheme that supports individuals who are:
- Under formal notice of redundancy
- Recently made redundant (within the last 12 months)
- Unemployed
- Aged 18–24 and not in education, employment, or training (NEET)
- Ex-offenders or individuals serving community sentences
The funding is designed to remove barriers to employment by covering training fees and, in some cases, associated costs such as travel or equipment.
This isn’t a long process. You don’t need to fill in endless forms or wait months. Most learners are surprised by how quickly they can start.
